Situated amongst the undulating hills of the Mid North of South Australia where the Mallee meets the ranges and surrounded by farming land producing sheep and cereal crops. The site of the Centre overlooks the dry Foote creek where Kangaroo and Kookuburras visit.

Footeside Centre is located in the district of Neales Flat which is 8 kms South-east of the nearest town, Eudunda.

Half and hour north of the Barossa Valley and 23 kms North from the Sturt Highway at Truro.
